Supporting healthcare applications, the full-time Colorado Licensed Application Analyst in Professional Billing will provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for various systems while working remotely with some on-site presence required for trainings or meetings. Key responsibilities Provide support to stakeholders by analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolutions Configure, test, install, implement, monitor, and maintain healthcare applications and related technologies Manage small projects related to healthcare applications, ensuring adherence to documentation and change management standards Required qualifications Epic Certification in Resolute Professional Billing Administration or related areas preferred Two years of work experience in a related field or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables) and Visio In-depth knowledge of system analysis and healthcare application technologies Ability to develop and maintain testing plans and scripts for system integrity verification Virtual Vocations Inc
