Assistant Controller to own the core accounting operations of the business — general ledger integrity, month-end close, internal controls, treasury, and cross-functional partnership — at a pivotal moment in the company's growth General Ledger & Close seOwn GL integrity across all legal entiti esLead and continuously improve the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycl e.Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedule s.Oversee balance sheet management including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and intercompany elimination Controls & Reporting ngDesign and maintain a strong internal controls environmen t.Lead the annual external audit as primary liaison with auditor s.Support financial reporting to PE sponsors and lenders, including variance commentary and supporting schedule Treasury & Cash Management ntOversee daily cash management and liquidity monitorin g.Manage banking relationships and account administratio n.Support cash flow forecasting with FP& Accounts Payable, Payroll & Operational Accounting ngOversee AP operations, payroll accounting, fixed asset accounting, prepaid tracking, and intercompany accountin Procurement Partnerships ipCollaborate with sourcing and procurement to ensure vendor contracts and spending commitments are properly reviewed, approved, and recorde d.Provide accounting guidance on contract structuring, capitalization determinations, and period-end accrual Systems, AI & Process Improvement ntServe as functional owner of NetSuit e.Partner across the accounting tech stack — FloQast, Numeric, Zip, Brex, Stripe, and Chargebe e.Actively identify and deploy AI and automation tools to reduce manual effort and scale capacity.
