CommuniCare Health Services seeks a Regional HR Business Partner to support HR operations across 17 West Virginia facilities, with travel across Central and Western WV. The role may be primarily remote but requires regional commuting and strong HR policy knowledge. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-site HR experience, proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and ATS (Apploi), Kronos familiarity, and excellent communication skills.
