Ontario Auto Ranch Ford is looking for an experienced automotive technician who has already built a strong foundation in the industry and is ready for the next step.

This opportunity is designed for a technician with at least 2 years of structured dealership or professional shop experience who wants to earn strong compensation while enjoying a better overall quality of life.

We are hiring a motivated B-Level Technician focused on productivity, efficiency, and continued growth within the automotive industry.

Up to $40.00 per flat rate hour depending on experience, certifications, and production ability

Sign-on bonus available for the right candidate.

Relocation assistance and toolbox moving support may also be available for qualified applicants.

Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership procedures
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns
Complete inspections accurately and consistently
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work collaboratively with advisors and other technicians
Continue developing technical skill through training and hands-on experience

Minimum 2 years of dealership or structured automotive repair experience required
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability
Ability to perform in a fast-paced flat-rate environment
Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
Ford experience or certifications highly valued
