  • TheAssistantProjectManagerworksalongsideProjectManagers,ProjectExecutives,andfieldleadershiptohelpkeepcommercialHVACprojectsorganized,onschedule,andwithinbudget.Thisisahands‑onopportunitytolearntheconstructionprojectmanagementprocesswhilegainingexperienceinprojectcoordination,scheduling,BIM/Revit,materials,costtracking,andfieldoperations.

  • AssistProjectManagersandProjectExecutiveswithplanningandcoordinatingcommercialHVACprojects.
  • Supportprojectscheduling,milestonetracking,anddailyprojectactivities.
  • Workwithfieldforemenandcrewstohelpkeepprojectsonscheduleandmeetingexpectations.
  • Assistwith RevitandStratus drafting,3Dmodeling,shopdrawings,andprojectupdates.
  • HelpcoordinateHVACdesignswithothertradesandidentifypotentialconflictsbeforeinstallation.
  • Assistwithmaterialtake-offs,equipmentcounts,andprocurement.
  • Trackequipmentandmaterialdeliveriestoensurecrewshavewhattheyneedwhentheyneedit.
  • Monitorlaborproductivityandprojectcostsagainstestablishedbudgets.
  • AssistwithsubmittalsandRequestsforInformation(RFIs).
  • Helpmaintainprojectdocumentation,dailylogs,meetingminutes,progressreports,andotherprojectrecords.
  • SupportProjectManagerswithbilling,changeorders,scheduling,andotherprojectneeds.
  • Communicatewithprojectteams,engineers,architects,vendors,andotherprojectstakeholders.
  • Identifyopportunitiestoimproveprojectworkflowsandefficiency.

Adegree,technicaleducation,orrelevantexperienceinconstructionmanagement,engineering,HVAC,drafting,orarelatedfield.

Strongorganizationalandtime-managementskills.

Goodwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.

Strongattentiontodetailandproblem-solvingability.

Basiccomputerskillsandtheabilitytolearnnewsoftwareandsystems.

Theabilitytoworkeffectivelywithbothofficeandfieldteams.

AwillingnesstolearnconstructionprocessesandcommercialHVACoperations.
