Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Oversee comprehensive pharmacy operations and ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance as the Pharmacist in Charge. This direct hire opportunity requires expert leadership in managing multi-state dispensing activities, maintaining quality assurance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold pharmacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy operations including order review, medication verification, dispensing, labeling, recordkeeping, and shipment processes.
• Guarantee compliance with state board of pharmacy regulations, DEA requirements, licensing, inspections, audits, and multi-state dispensing/shipping protocols.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures tailored for multi-state operations and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical and quality oversight for enteral nutrition therapy, drug utilization review (DUR), adverse event reporting, and overall quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, intake, operations, reimbursement, human resources, and compliance departments.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and facilitate credentialing, accreditation, and regulatory audit processes.

Qualifications:

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey pharmacist license required.
• Ability and commitment to obtain pharmacist licensure in Tennessee, New York, and Massachusetts within 6 months.
