Pay Range: $2,121.48 - $2,227.55 weekly
Schedule: 36 Hours per week 12-Hour Days (rotating schedule to meet operational needs, every other weekend)
Contract Length: 16 Weeks

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as an RN
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in LTC
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Be willing to obtain GA or compact licensure

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a Long-Term Care facility, you’ll play a critical role in serving a unique patient population. Your care will directly impact patient safety, wellness, and rehabilitation. A few of the responsibilities include:

• Provides basic care and treatments, such as dressing wounds, treating bedsores, giving enemas, douches, alcohol rubs, and massages, or performing catheterizations.
• Answers individuals’ calls and determines how to assist them.
• Observes individuals, charting and reporting changes in individuals’ conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action.
• Measures and records individuals’ vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
• Administers prescribed medications or starts intravenous fluids and notes times and amounts on individuals’ charts.
