Director, Product Marketing

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Product Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will lead product marketing strategy across a consumer portfolio, shaping how products are positioned, launched, and differentiated in the market. The director will partner closely with Product, Sales, Creative, and Operations teams to convert consumer insights into compelling go-to-market plans and business cases. This person will also help ensure launch execution is aligned across channels and markets while driving lifecycle strategy and ongoing product performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $210,000 annually Responsibilities Lead product marketing for device and consumables portfolios Define audience segments, consumer needs, and value propositions for each product Turn insights and data into product recommendations and business cases Own go-to-market strategies for new products and major initiatives Create alignment across teams with clear, insight-led briefs Adapt launch plans for various sales channels and markets Track product performance and drive lifecycle strategies Qualifications 8-12+ years of experience in product marketing, portfolio strategy, or commercialization Demonstrated success leading complex product launches across multiple channels and markets Strong experience in consumer insight, segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy Ability to translate consumer needs and product details into effective stories Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, Creative, and Operations teams Exceptional communication skills for influencing stakeholders and teams Hands-on approach with ability to operate strategically and tactically Benefits Comprehensive health insurance coverage 401(k) retirement plan with company match Flexible work hours and the possibility of remote work Employee discounts on products and services Professional development opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
