Homeowners Association (HOA) Property Manager

Job Title: Homeowners Association (HOA) Property Manager Company: Association Management of Middle Tennessee Job Summary: Association Management of Middle Tennessee is seeking a dedicated and experienced HOA Property Manager to oversee and manage community associations in the Middle Tennessee area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the communities operated by the association are running smoothly, maintaining property values, and providing a high level of service to residents. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of multiple community associations, ensuring compliance with governing documents, local laws, and regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, board members, and vendors to address inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests. Coordinate and conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions, identify issues, and recommend improvements. Prepare, manage, and present annual budgets, financial reports, and assessments to the board of directors. Plan, organize, and facilitate board meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of community facilities, grounds, and common areas. Manage vendor relationships, including procurement of services and oversight of contractors for maintenance, landscaping, and repairs. Enforce community rules and regulations, facilitating fair and consistent enforcement practices. Implement community engagement initiatives to promote resident involvement and improve community satisfaction. Stay informed of industry trends, legal changes, and best practices in property management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or HOA management. Knowledge of Tennessee real estate laws and regulations as they pertain to HOAs. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in financial management and budget preparation. Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure.
