We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with hospice experience to join our growing team in the Spring, TX area.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who has experience in hospice care and is passionate about delivering compassionate care. While home health experience is not required, hospice experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be resilient, committed, and caring, with a willingness to work with patients of all ages, including children. The wages are per visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care, assistance with daily living activities, and emotional support to patients, primarily in a hospice setting.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and other personal care tasks.
• Monitor and report changes in patient's conditions to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care.
• Maintain patient dignity and comfort, particularly during end-of-life care.
• Be open and adaptable to providing care for children when needed.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Previous experience in hospice care is strongly preferred.
• Home health experience is beneficial but not required.
• Working knowledge of Wellsky-Kinnser is strongly preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and resilience in caring for patients facing serious or terminal conditions.
• Comfortable and willing to care for pediatric patients as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Reliable Transportation with auto insurance.

Preferred Location: Candidates residing in the Galleria/SW Houston area are strongly preferred.
