The CNA Certified role provides essential patient care in a home healthcare setting, supporting patients with daily living activities and monitoring their health under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) team. This position primarily operates during day shifts, ensuring compassionate and effective assistance to promote patient well-being and comfort.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including hygiene assistance and mobility support
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Assist with medication administration as directed
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient status and care
• Implement infection control procedures to ensure patient safety
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in nursing assistance
• High school diploma or equivalent
