We provide coordinated medical care for patients recovering from acute and subacute musculoskeletal injuries — combining thorough clinical evaluation, integrated physical therapy, and structured care pathways that keep patients moving forward. We're hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. About the Role This is a full-time, on-site clinical provider position. You'll evaluate and manage personal injury patients from intake through recovery, working alongside physicians, physical therapists, and care coordinators. It's a strong fit for an NP who values clear documentation, structured workflows, and direct patient communication in a fast-paced clinical environment. What You'll Do Perform initial and follow-up evaluations for personal injury patients Obtain and document comprehensive histories and physical examinations Assess musculoskeletal and injury-related conditions Review diagnostic imaging and integrate findings into clinical decision-making Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Prescribe medications, bracing, and ancillary services as clinically appropriate Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Provide patient education and counseling Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, HIPAA, and regulatory standards What We're Looking For Active Alabama license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) Current national certification (AANP or ANCC) Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Comfort working efficiently in a structured, high-volume clinical setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to high-quality patient care Experience in orthopedics, pain management, urgent care, emergency medicine, or personal injury is a plus — but not required Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Stable, full-time clinical role with consistent scheduling Supportive, collaborative medical team Operational structure that lets providers focus on patient care Opportunities for long-term growth within a growing organization A mission-driven practice focused on patient outcomes and continuity of care Our Culture MedPlexMD Injury is a physician-led practice built on collaboration, accountability, and clinical excellence.
