We are looking for a Healthcare Supply Chain Data Integrity Specialist to support data accuracy, reporting, and operational system guidance for a supply chain organization in Fremont, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can combine analytical skill with hands-on support for internal stakeholders. The role will focus on strengthening data reliability, improving user adoption through training, and helping standardize processes that support purchasing and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of supply chain records within organizational systems to support dependable operational decision-making.

• Provide day-to-day assistance to internal teams by resolving system-related questions, guiding users on best practices, and supporting issue resolution.

• Create reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries that help stakeholders monitor purchasing activity, inventory trends, and operational performance.

• Lead supply chain coordination efforts tied to enterprise system implementation activities, including documenting procedures and establishing repeatable workflows.

• Develop training materials and deliver instruction that helps team members use supply chain tools and processes effectively.

• Review data for discrepancies, investigate root causes, and apply corrective actions to preserve system integrity.

• Partner with purchasing and vendor-facing teams to support procurement processes, category management, and supply data alignment.

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate updates, and support informed decision-making across operations.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience supporting data maintenance, governance, or integrity within a supply chain or purchasing environment.

• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing practices, procurement operations, and supply categories, including medical and surgical products.

• Demonstrated ability to collect, organize, interpret, and present data for reporting and analytics purposes.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to manage detailed information accurately.

• Effective communication, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

• Experience creating and delivering training or educational support for staff members.

• Previous exposure to healthcare supply chain operations or enterprise system implementation leadership is preferred.

• Previous exposure to ERP implementations, Workday would be most ideal.
