Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in Labor and Delivery License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN - Intermediate electronic fetal monitoring Must-Have: Cerner experience Description: Must live 100 miles away. This position requires three 12-hour night shifts. Patient population includes females of childbearing years, pregnant at 17 weeks gestation, laboring, scheduled procedures, and triage issues. Activities on the unit include admissions, discharges, transfers, pre-operative procedures, and deliveries (both vaginal and cesarean). Common equipment used in Labor and Delivery includes fetal monitors, Cerner, and Fetalink for documentation.
