Genesis Partners is a boutique executive search firm placing senior Accounting, Finance, and Operations leadership (CFO, CAO, VP Finance, Controller, COO, VP Ops) at PE-backed consumer brands in beauty, wellness, retail, and CPG. Our clients are typically $50M to $500M in revenue, scaling through growth equity toward exit. We sit close to the top consumer-focused PE funds and run searches that fund principals trust to handle quietly and well. What We Are Looking For Full-time remote Senior Executive Recruiter running searches end to end alongside the founder. Heavy sourcing on retained and hybrid engagements, direct client exposure to fund principals and CEOs, full pipeline ownership from intake through offer. You won't be handed a desk and told to dial. You'll be in the strategy, the client calls, and the close. We're hiring because demand from existing clients is outpacing capacity, and there's a real seat for a recruiter who wants ownership rather than a slot in a layered org. What Matters Most To Us 5+ years in executive search, ideally with a boutique or specialized firm Proven track record placing Finance, Accounting, or Operations executives (Controller through CFO, Director of Ops through COO) High-judgment recruiter who can read a candidate, read a client, and read the gap between them Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting candidates to fund partners Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches without dropping detailExperience in PE-backed consumer, beauty, wellness, retail, or CPG strongly preferred Bachelor's degree preferred, not required if track record is there What Matters Most To You Base $75K to $95K depending on experience First-year OTE $125K to $200K including commission Performance bonus on top Comp scales with billings; built to reward producers Prefer a warm intro?
