Education + Training Supervisor

PENZONE Salons + Spas is seeking an Education + Training Supervisor who is passionate about developing artists, building confidence, and creating exceptional guest experiences.In this full-time onsite leadership role at BASE ONE in Dublin, you'll oversee Artists in Training, Apprentices, Interns, and Creative Educators while helping bring PENZONE's education programs to life. You'll balance coaching, mentorship, and training delivery with the organization and administration needed to keep our education ecosystem running smoothly. Required qualifications:Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Prefer minimum of 1-year successful industry service experience.Prefer 1-3 years leadership experience.Active Ohio Cosmetology licenseStrong multitasking and prioritization to meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communicationComfort working in a fast-paced environment + ability to quickly to change priorities.
