Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference in the lives of students by providing expert Speech-Language Pathology services on a contract basis. This opportunity allows you to work closely with children and adolescents within a school-based setting near Lake Stevens, WA, supporting communication development and academic success.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and compliance procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and other support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students ages Pre-K through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and small group, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Document service delivery and progress in accordance with school and federal requirements
• Provide consultation and training to teachers and families to promote better communication outcomes in the classroom and at home
