Construction Coordinator Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 40.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Oversee construction projects, facility expansions, and equipment installations from start to finish.
• Manage contractors, project schedules, budgets, and construction quality to ensure successful completion.
• Review blueprints, coordinate inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Construction Coordinator Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of construction blueprints, building systems, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC installations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, contractors, budgets, and deadlines independently.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with facility expansions, equipment installations, Utah building permits, and construction safety standards preferred.
