We are seeking a Vice President – Data Center & Fiber Solutions to build and scale a strategic business focused on data center deployment, fiber infrastructure, network rollout programs, and related technical services.

This is not a maintenance role.

We are looking for a proven business builder who can create revenue, develop strategic customer relationships, lead major pursuits, build delivery capabilities, and take ownership of the financial performance of the business.

The right candidate will combine strong industry relationships with hands-on business development experience and a practical understanding of how complex infrastructure projects are actually delivered.

This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished Senior Director, Director, Business Unit Leader, or current Vice President who is ready to take broader responsibility for revenue growth, P&L, operations, customer relationships, and team building.

What You Will Own

You will have executive responsibility for the growth and performance of a national Data Center, Fiber & Deployment Services business, including:

• Personally developing and closing new business
• Building a qualified pipeline capable of supporting aggressive growth targets
• Owning revenue, bookings, gross margin, profitability, backlog, and forecast accuracy
• Developing strategic customer relationships across the data center and infrastructure ecosystem
• Leading major pursuits, customer presentations, pricing strategy, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Building scalable delivery capabilities as revenue grows
• Developing the leadership, field delivery, program management, QA/QC, recruiting, and customer success resources required to support expansion
• Establishing disciplined sales-to-delivery processes
• Driving strong project execution, margin performance, change-order discipline, and customer satisfaction
• Serving as an executive escalation point for strategic customers and major programs

What We Are Looking For

The strongest candidates will bring:

• 10+ years of progressive experience within data center infrastructure, fiber deployment, wireless/network deployment, infrastructure services, or technical field services
• A proven history of personally developing and winning significant new business
• Demonstrated experience generating or managing $10M+ in annual revenue or bookings
• Established relationships within the data center, hyperscale, colocation, mission-critical construction, fiber, or network infrastructure market
• Experience owning revenue targets and business growth objectives
• Strong understanding of P&L management, gross margin, pricing, forecasting, resource planning, and operational controls
• Experience leading large-scale deployment programs, multi-market rollouts, or complex infrastructure engagements
• Experience building or scaling delivery teams, field organizations, subcontractor networks, or technical resource models
• Strong executive presence with the ability to remain hands-on with customers, pursuits, and execution
• The ability to operate effectively in a growth environment and create the structure needed to scale

Compensation

Base Salary: $225,000–$275,000

Target Total Compensation: $325,000–$400,000+

The executive compensation package includes a competitive base salary plus significant performance-based incentive opportunity tied to revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance.

Compensation will be determined based on experience, demonstrated revenue production, industry relationships, and track record of building and scaling data center or infrastructure services businesses.

Exceptional consideration may be given to candidates with strong established hyperscale, colocation, mission-critical construction, fiber, or enterprise infrastructure relationships and a documented history of generating substantial new revenue.
