Supporting Financial Advisor

Our client is seeking a Supporting Financial Advisor to join a wealth management firm in Midtown Manhattan. This individual will work closely with senior advisors to support client relationships, assist with financial planning, and manage day-to-day client needs. This role offers opportunities for continued growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior advisors in managing client relationships and financial planning.
• Participate in client meetings, including preparation and follow-up.
• Assist with financial planning casework and client recommendations.
• Manage client relationships from onboarding through ongoing service.
• Collaborate with team members to address client needs.
• Take on additional responsibilities and potentially grow into a lead advisor role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
• CFP certification or progress toward obtaining the designation preferred.
• Previous advisory experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
• Team-oriented, receptive to feedback, and interested in long-term growth.
• Ability to work five days per week in-office in Midtown Manhattan.
