Formal on‑job experience with AI is a plus, but we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI‑driven development environments (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. As Manager of Product Management for Ventures Lending, you will lead the strategy and implementation for product setup, partnerships, and customer support. You will be responsible for navigating complex problem solving across multiple lines of business to drive technical partnership and support strategies. Responsibilities Destination Research & Strategy: Drive long‑term technical improvements, create PRDs for destination builds, test and learn using Alternative Data (ADS – e.g., Finicity, SBFE) to underwrite customers, and refine the roadmap for long‑term scaling. Product Setup & Implementation: Work with operations and tech teams to implement intent across various enterprise platforms, ensuring the core product meets our requirements. Partnership Strategy: Lead the product POV for network and community/CDFI partnerships, including referral logic, data sharing agreements, and prioritizing improvements based on partner feedback. Support & Servicing: Develop and scale strategy for financial health, resources and support tools, servicing, and loss mitigation, ensuring alignment between COF and partner support models. Operational Excellence: Define and monitor product KPIs, manage E2E testing strategies, and ensure the product remains well‑managed regarding risk. Basic Qualifications At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field). A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products. Salary & Benefits McLean, VA: $164,800 – $188,100 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $179,700 – $205,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $149,800 – $171,000 for Manager, Product Management This role is eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
