**POSITION SUMMARY:**

This position is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of wind turbines. It requires extensive travel throughout the US. The ideal candidate must prioritize safety and perform the job correctly on the first attempt.

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Work in and around wind turbines, including climbing towers daily.
• Interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Install, inspect, maintain, operate, and repair wind turbines.
• Diagnose and resolve issues to prevent unexpected shutdowns.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance.
• Test electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Service transmission systems, substations, and fiber optic systems.
• Replace worn or faulty components.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:**

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active TWIC card or ability to obtain one.
• Technical degree or certificate in wind energy or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with wind turbines or relevant education.
• Experience with basic power and hydraulic tools.
• Valid Driver’s License; CDL preferred.

**PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:**

• Commitment to safety and zero injury principles.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to climb at heights up to 125 meters.
• Physical ability to work in demanding conditions, including heights and adverse weather.
• Maintain necessary safety certifications.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**

• Climb ladders, scaffolding, and work at heights.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in various environmental conditions and PPE as required.

**WORK LOCATION:**

- Industrial sites and fabrication shops.

**ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:**

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Exposure to noise, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.

**OTHER DETAILS:**

• Entry level, full-time position in construction industry.
• Location: Oklahoma City, OK, with a pay range of $22.00-$30.00/hour.
