Senior Financial Accounting Lead
Hybrid, 140-155K Base Salary.
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Global Firm seeking to add a Senior Financial Accounting Lead to their team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support core financial accounting processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and general ledger activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls.
- Leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the accounting function.
- Assist with financial reporting and accounting requirements in both public and private company environments.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes and recommend improvements where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA preferred.
- 7+ years in both public accounting and private industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and accounting processes.
- Experience with accounting systems, technology, automation, and process improvement.
