What Your Experience Looks Like as a Primrose Teacher:

• Dedicated admin team including Director, Assistant Director, Staff Coordinator, and Curriculum Coordinator to help you build your skills and support you to help you succeed.
• All children attend full-time 5 days a week to encourage consistency and routine.
• Carefully paired co-teacher who complements your teaching style and works side by side with you daily.
• Assigned faculty who covers your break daily, generally consistent.
• Fully stocked classroom, resource room, with all materials provided by the school.

Desired skills and experience:

• Must be passionate about early education
• Must meet OCFS requirements & maintain up to date training requirements
• Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred
• Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler teachers, must be able to properly lift into and out of a crib.
• Mandatory Associates, Bachelors, or CDA in Early Childhood or related field.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
