Actively participates in problem solving and conflict resolution to maintain team cohesiveness.Performs on-call duties effectively with the ability to triage patients over the phone and visit when needed.Directs own educational needs for the top 10 ICD9 codes and/or diagnoses for diabetes, wounds/post-surgical, arthritis, newborns, Coumadin dependency, malnutrition/ nutrition needs, medication instruction, pain and symptom control/hospice care.Qualifications:Degree from accredited academic nursing programMinimum ADN preparationCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Mexico or Compact State RN license required.Required Certification from either AHA, ASHI, or Red CrossBLSACLSWe're all about well-being, starting with yours.
