Job Opportunity: Internal Medicine Physician
Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to become part of our well-established outpatient practice in Falmouth, Maine. The new team member will collaborate with seven physicians and two advanced practice providers. We have restructured our care delivery in accordance with the Patient-Centered Medical Home model, ensuring that our patients receive convenient and continuous care. This full-time role is ideal for individuals seeking a fulfilling career in primary care!
Position Highlights:- Collaborative Care: Engage in a team-based approach to patient care.
- Academic Affiliation: This role includes an appointment at Tufts School of Medicine, with potential opportunities to participate in clerkships.
