Registered Nurse, Intensive Care Unit (Night Shift)ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Intensive Care Unit (Night Shift) in Gadsden, Alabama.LocationGadsden, ALAssignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Schedule/ShiftThis position requires night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with every other weekend required.Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) will provide critical care to patients with severe and life-threatening conditions. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, manage ventilators and vasoactive drips, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing timely interventions.Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR.Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.Provide education and support to patients and families.Required ExperienceActive Alabama or Multistate RN license (no prior NURSYS hits).At least 2 years of ICU nursing experience.Experience with ventilated patients and vasoactive drips.Current ACLS and BLS certifications.Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.Certifications/LicensureActive Alabama or Multistate RN license.Current ACLS and BLS certifications.About ARMStaffingFounded in 2011 and a member of the ARGroup, LLC, ARMStaffing connects dedicated nurses and allied health professionals with the facilities that need them most.
