In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, prepared efficiently, and shipped on time.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with inventory and logistics, and want an opportunity to grow your warehouse career, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs an Order Picker, you'll be responsible for keeping warehouse operations running smoothly by:Reading and interpreting work orders, pick lists, packing slips, and shipping documents.Accurately pulling, picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.Restocking inventory and ensuring products are stored in the correct locations.Assisting with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.Preparing accurate shipment documentation for carriers and internal records.Following HAZMAT shipping procedures and safety requirements when handling regulated materials.Operating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand carts.Using warehouse systems, including JDE and RF scanners, to locate inventory and update order information.Supporting inventory management by tracking stock levels and identifying discrepancies.Assisting the shipping department while learning products, processes, and warehouse operations.Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.What You BringRequired QualificationsExperience with order picking, pulling, packing, or warehouse operations.At least 1 year of experience using Excel for data entry, tracking, or reporting.Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.Experience using, or willingness to learn, RF scanners.Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems such as JDE.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Ability to remain active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and moving materials.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changing priorities.Preferred QualificationsAt least 1 year of inventory management experience.At least 1 year of shipping or logistics experience.Interest in developing skills in shipping and warehouse logistics.Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including dusty conditions with provided PPE.Strong desire to learn new systems, products, and operational processes.Why Join Us?We're committed to helping our employees grow and succeed.Clear advancement opportunities into shipping, logistics, and other warehouse functions.Performance-based pay growth, including increases upon hire and annual merit opportunities.Hands-on training to help you learn products, systems, and warehouse operations.Stable Monday through Friday schedule.Supportive team environment where your contributions are recognized.Opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that promotes from within.Work EnvironmentThis position operates on a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You'll work within a collaborative warehouse team where accuracy, communication, and teamwork drive success.
