Champion a Thriving Culture: You'll partner with your Regional Medical Director to foster a positive, engaged, and high‑performing culture across all hospitals in your region. Develop Future Leaders: You'll guide the growth of Hospital Managers and their teams, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent through effective coaching, training, and career development. Drive Business Performance: You'll have full ownership of the financial health of your region, managing P&Ls to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency. Build Winning Teams: You'll lead the strategy for non‑DVM recruiting and staffing, ensuring your hospitals have the talent they need to succeed. Elevate the Client Experience: You'll set the standard for exceptional client service, ensuring operational processes support a seamless and positive experience for every pet owner. What You'll Bring to the Team A proven track record of successful multi‑site P&L management, with a keen ability to drive financial results. Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining high‑performing teams, especially in a leadership capacity. Exceptional leadership skills with a talent for building a positive, accountable, and solutions‑focused culture. Excellent communication and conflict management skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Significant experience leading in a multi‑site veterinary, healthcare, or customer‑centric retail environment.
