Senior Technical Project Manager Remote 5 Days

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Work closely with Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Associate Project Managers to execute multiple projects concurrently for customers

2. Understand business objectives, define project scope, and create project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables

3. Monitor and report on all aspects of the project, including project health, progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

4. Identify deviations from the project plan and take timely corrective actions to ensure successful delivery

5. Regularly lead internal and customer-facing meetings to maintain project momentum and ensure stakeholder alignment

6. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans

7. Manage project governance structures and ensure adherence to project management best practices

8. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across functions and geographies to execute project activities seamlessly

9. Manage projects involving enterprise customers across multiple countries or regions and coordinate with distributed delivery teams

10. Understand complex technical issues, work with relevant technical teams to develop resolution plans, and track issues through closure

11. Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle

12. Identify gaps in processes and implement best practices to improve project delivery efficiency

13. Document lessons learned and stakeholder feedback and incorporate learnings into future projects

14. Ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes and meet agreed customer objectives

Ideal Candidate

1Strong Senior Project Manager Profile with enterprise B2B SaaS, client-facing delivery experience

2Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years of project management experience with significant client-facing delivery time (non-negotiable), including experience in a B2B SaaS company serving enterprise customers

3Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have managed complex enterprise projects end-to-end, from requirement/planning through successful delivery and go-live

4Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have managed multi-country / multi-region rollouts (preferably North America and/or Europe), coordinating India-based delivery teams with customers/stakeholders in Western markets

5Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have delivered technically complex / analytics-driven projects (AI/ML, Image Recognition, or Data Analytics)

6Mandatory (Tech skill): Must have strong working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and Master Data Management (MDM)

7Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience with SOWs, change requests, or RFPs, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies using Waterfall or Agile

8Mandatory (Ownership): Must be the accountable owner of the engagement - primary client point of contact, owning the project plan and go-live end-to-end - not a hands-on specialist executing the build

9Mandatory (Skill): Must have strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and executive-level reporting skills across cross-functional, geographically distributed teams

11Preferred (Experience): Prior experience with customer onboarding

12Preferred (Certification): PMP, CAPM, ITIL, or CSM
