Safety Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive Safety Coordinator to support safety programs across our distribution center and office environments. This role plays a key part in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and helping keep our teams safe every day. What You’ll Do Support incident investigations, near-miss reporting, and root cause analysis Track and analyze safety metrics, training records, and compliance data Assist in developing and improving safety programs, trainings, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) Conduct safety audits, inspections, and facility walkthroughs Partner with teams to identify safety risks and implement solutions Participate in safety committees and help drive action items forward Stay current on safety regulations and industry best practices What You Bring 0–2 years of safety experience ( internships/co-ops welcome ) Associate’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred) Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices (OSHA) Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in warehouse or distribution environments (preferred) Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
