Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in the Greater Syracuse–Auburn Area. The Physical Therapist evaluates patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and functional impairments, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides hands-on and exercise-based interventions. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, documenting progress, coordinating care with other therapy disciplines, and educating patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs. The role involves direct patient care in clinic and, as appropriate, home or community settings, while maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to professional and regulatory standards. The Physical Therapist is expected to contribute to a collaborative team culture and support quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse patient populations. Demonstrated skills in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including assessment, treatment planning, and outcome-focused interventions. Experience or interest in providing Home Care services, with the ability to adapt therapy plans to home and community environments. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Solid clinical reasoning, time management, and documentation skills, with proficiency in electronic health records. Effective, inclusive communication skills for working with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team. Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including assisting with transfers and therapeutic activities. Prior outpatient, orthopedic, or neurologic experience is beneficial; willingness to learn and participate in continuing education is expected. #J-18808-Ljbffr
