Cardiovascular Surgery Technician

Full-Time - Day Shift - Rotating Weekends

Join a high-performing cardiovascular OR team at a large, well-established regional medical center. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced surgeons on complex cardiac and thoracic cases in a growing program.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and manage instruments, equipment, and supplies for open heart procedures
• Assist surgeons during cardiac and thoracic cases
• Perform surgical counts with the circulating RN
• Prepare and turn over OR rooms between cases
• Support patient positioning, transport, and intraoperative needs
• Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to safety protocols

What You'll Get

• Shift differentials: 2nd shift: +$3.15/hr, 3rd shift: +$4.00/hr
• Flexible scheduling: 10s or 12s (starting ~6:30am)

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) required
• 12+ years of CVOR / Open Heart experience required
• Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
