Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including physical exams and detailed medical history analyses
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions by interpreting lab results and imaging studies
• Work collaboratively with surgeons to develop and implement tailored surgical treatment plans
• Provide critical intraoperative support: prepare operating rooms, ensure correct patient positioning, and manage the instrumentation during surgeries
• Offer exceptional pre- and post-operative care, encompassing medication management, wound care, discharge planning, and education

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Preference given to candidates with surgical clinical rotation experience

Certifications

• Active and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
