The Customer Service Receptionist plays a crucial role in managing both in-person and telephone interactions with clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk experience. This standalone role reports directly to the office manager and utilizes specialized customer management software to efficiently handle appointment scheduling, visitor management, and record keeping.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors promptly and courteously
- Schedule appointments accurately using customer management software
- Enter and maintain customer data and records
- Manage visitor check-in and orientation effectively
- Keep detailed and organized records related to front desk activities
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Proficiency in data entry and appointment scheduling
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
