Position Overview

We are hiring Class A CDL Team OTR Drivers for long-haul routes based out of Los Angeles (LAX). Brand new, state of the art equipment. Peterbuilt/Kenworth 2026 Models and newer. This is a compensation-based team position designed to give you predictable weekly income, consistent home time, and stable miles without the stress of chasing loads.

You and your co-driver will run approximately 5,800 miles per week per truck, returning to the same domicile weekly on well-defined, dedicated lanes.

Guaranteed Weekly Compensation (Per Driver)

Your pay is guaranteed weekly, tied to your verified CDL‐A/OTR experience.

0-1 Year CDL‐A / OTR Experience

• $1,500 per week (per driver)
• $78,000 per year (per driver)
• With up to 15% performance bonus , top earners can reach approximately $89,700 per year .

1+ Year CDL‐A / OTR Experience

• $1,750 per week (per driver)
• $91,000 per year (per driver)
• With up to 15% performance bonus , top earners can reach approximately $104,650 per year .

1.5+ Years CDL‐A / OTR Experience

• $2,000 per week (per driver)
• $104,000 per year (per driver)
• With up to 15% performance bonus , top earners can reach approximately $119,600 per year .

This compensation track means your income stays consistent even when miles fluctuate slightly week to week.

Bonuses & Incentives

Retention Bonuses

• $1,000 retention bonus after your first 30 days .
• $3,000 retention bonus at 12 months of continuous employment.

Performance Bonus

• Up to +15% on your annual compensation based on safety , on‐time service , and productivity metrics.
• This bonus is what takes top‐tier drivers close to the $120,000/year mark.

Driver Recruiting / Referral Bonus

• Additional bonuses available for referring qualified drivers and teams .
• Details provided during onboarding so you know exactly how much you can earn for bringing in great drivers.

Route Structure & Home Time

This compensation track is built around today’s existing team routes, extended into multi‐leg long-haul patterns.

Experience Requirements

To qualify for the compensation tiers:

• Minimum 6 months verifiable CDL‐A tractor–trailer / OTR experience for the entry compensation band.
• 1+ year and 1.5+ years experience for higher compensation bands.
• Clean driving record and ability to run dedicated team OTR freight on the outlined lanes.
