• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience with a surgical focus
• Hands‑on experience assisting with implant placement and denture procedures
• Comfortable working with surgical instruments and maintaining a sterile field
• Experience with CBCTs and digital imaging a plus
• Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required

• Mastery in chair‑side surgical assisting for implant and denture procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to put patients at ease in a surgical setting
• Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule
• Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service
