Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN)
Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care to our senior residents within a community that is guided by faith and a strong mission. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans.
- Oversee the work of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize resident care.
- Maintain open communication with residents' families regarding their care.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all nursing activities.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Current RN licensure.
- Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care that addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
