This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to expand their clinical skills across different specialties and patient populations.In this role, you will:Provide direct clinical support and patient education in partnership with providers and care teamsFloat between clinic locations in Ketchum and Hailey based on operational needsRoom patients, obtain and document vital signs, and prepare patients for exams and proceduresAssist with in-office procedures and perform clinical tasks within scope, including injections, medication administration, and specimen collectionSupport clinic operations with laboratory-related duties as neededBuild strong relationships with patients and teammates while adapting to the unique workflow of each clinicContribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on compassionate, high-quality careQualificationsCertified Medical Assistant (CMA)High school diploma or equivalent requiredCurrent national CMA certification required (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA, NAHP, or equivalent)Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red CrossORLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing programCurrent, unrestricted Idaho LPN license or compact eligibilityCurrent BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red CrossPreferred QualificationsOne year of previous ambulatory or clinic experienceLaboratory experience, including specimen collection and basic lab workflowsWhat's In It For YouAt St. Luke's, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
