WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR 1ST SHIFT, 2ND SHIFT & 3RD SHIFT!! CALL US NOW TO GET WORKING ASAP!

Responsibilities:

• Operate hydraulic and compression presses to produce composite panels
• Load and unload materials from molds and machines
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Assist with setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance of equipment

Requirements:

• Ability to work safely around fiberglass and composite materials
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
