Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Set up and maintain a clean, organized station for service
Prepare ingredients according to recipe and quality standards, including vegetables, proteins, sauces, and garnishes
Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and fellow cooks during service
Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
Ensure dishes are prepared and plated to Caviar Club standards
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service
Monitor product quality and notify chefs of inventory needs
Assist with daily prep, station breakdown, and cleaning responsibilities
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen culture
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a high-volume, chef-driven, or fine dining kitchen preferred
Strong knife skills and understanding of classic cooking techniques
Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Culinary school education is a plus but not required
