About the Role
Tridev Realty LLC is seeking a proactive, personable Leasing Agent to drive occupancy, deliver an exceptional prospect experience, and support smooth leasing operations across our residential portfolio. This role blends sales, customer service, and operational coordination in a fast‐moving, people‐focused environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leads from inquiry to lease signing with timely follow‐ups and professional communication
• Conduct engaging property tours, highlight unit features, and address prospect questions confidently
• Guide applicants through the screening and leasing process while ensuring full compliance with fair housing standards
• Prepare leases, coordinate move‐ins, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Partner with maintenance to confirm unit readiness and support a seamless resident onboarding experience
• Maintain updated listings, assist with marketing efforts, and track leasing metrics in the property management system

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service & customer facing role
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi is a plus)
• Reliable transportation
