Job Summary Looking for a Construction Project Manager in Ashburn, VA. This role will lead cutting-edge datacenter projects. Location: Ashburn, VA | Job Type: Contract | Salary: $80.00–$93.33 per hour | Hours: 8 am to 5 pm | Education: Bachelor’s Responsibilities Coordinate datacenter construction projects by tracking milestones, schedules, and budgets through weekly site visits and inspections. Collaborate with internal teams, external lease providers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and strict adherence to safety standards. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, action trackers, and reporting dashboards using tools like Power BI. Identify, monitor, and mitigate potential project risks, delays, and financial discrepancies. Direct the integration of technical activities and present progress reports, proposals, and findings to clients and stakeholders. Qualifications 8-12 years of construction project manager experience. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Team-first mindset. Bachelor’s degree. Experienced level.
