Job Description Supervise and managedietary staff Hire and train employees Preparation of meals Ensure federal and state compliance Qualifications Knowledge of regulations concerning food handling, food storage, food preparation, safety and sanitation procedures. Experience in a health setting is preferred. Associate Degree, or certification in food science, nutrition or related field or in the process of obtaining certificate or degree. SERVSAFE certification or willing to obtain. Ability to work afternoons, weekends, and rotating holidays.
