Registered Nurse - Outpatient IV Services

Overview Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate patient care within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities Assessing and evaluating patient conditions using evidence-based practices Assisting providers with patient assessments, examinations, and treatments Performing basic medical procedures under supervision Administering medications following organizational policies Assisting in emergency situations Educating patients and families about diagnoses and procedures Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately Assuming accountability for care provided and documented Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current Ohio RN license Current BLS/CPR certification Ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care, including supervision of team members Basic computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred Our organization values diversity, promotes equal opportunity, and strives to deliver person-centered care rooted in core values and mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr Proforma Health
