Schedule: 3x12 Night Shift, 1900-0730; Every other weekend with flexibility based on unit needs

Highlights:

• 30-bed Medical/Telemetry unit serving adult and geriatric patient populations
• Patient ratios: 6:1 days, 7:1 nights and weekends
• EPIC charting system with Omnicell medication management
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and phlebotomy
• Post-cardiac catheterization care and bedside procedures including dialysis catheter management, thoracentesis, and I&D
• Paid pre-assignment modules and orientation; up to 16 billable hours for required competencies

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee RN license
• Minimum 1 year of Medical/Telemetry nursing experience required
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, blood product administration, central line management, and pre/post hemodialysis care
• Experience with cardiac drip management, PCA pumps, PICC line management, and wound care/wound vac
• Ability to float to similar units based on census and operational needs
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
