As we scale our operations, we're looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team full-time and keep our fleet road-ready every day. What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a fleet of commercial dump trucks Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, hydraulic, electrical, and suspension systems Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records for all vehicles Coordinate with the Fleet & Safety Manager on vehicle status, parts ordering, and repair priorities Identify and communicate safety concerns before they become operational problems Keep the shop organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on diesel mechanic experience, heavy truck or commercial fleet preferred Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, hydraulics, air brakes, and electrical systems Experience with DOT/FMCSA compliance and commercial vehicle inspections is a strong plus ASE certification preferred but not required — experience speaks for itself Ability to work independently, prioritize repairs, and manage time without constant supervision Reliable, professional, and safety-minded What We Offer Salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance A growing company where your work has direct impact To Apply Submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience.
