All team members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience. Job Responsibilities Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests, anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations. Understands the menu to engage guests in choosing items and answer questions. Guides guests through dining experience while taking, placing, and serving orders, and processing payments. Understands seating layout and server areas to deliver food appropriately. Job Requirements Previous experience is not required – training provided. Excellent customer service skills and etiquette. Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures. Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
