Weekend Requirements:
1 weekend per month/Holiday coverage if required
On Call Requirements:
None
Submission Requirements:
- 2 years of CURRENT Pharmacy Technician experience - Required
- Must be a CERTIFIED PHARMACY TECH (CPhT) - FACILITY WILL NOT PEND CERT
- Previous travel - Preferred
- High degree of proficiency in IV compound & chemotherapy compounding - Required
Certification Requirements:
- BLS (AHA)
- CPhT
State License Requirements:
- New Hampshire
Additional License Requirements:
- NH License required at time of submission, CPht required at submission
