You will be the Manufacturing Planner (Staff Level) for the Pike County Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering highmix, highvolume aerospace assemblies that power missioncritical systems.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Planner (Staff Level) you will be responsible for driving production efficiency through precise planning and crossfunctional coordination.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop expertise in SAP and Apriso to optimize production planning.


• Executing MRP runs across multiple programs to compare inventory levels against order demand, analyzing shortages, excesses, and anomalies.


• Coordinate kit releases and resolve part shortages with the Make Part Controller.


• Perform DD250 Delivery Analyst activities and maintain production planning & control (PP&C) metrics.


• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide program health information and improve production processes.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 5 years of professional experience.

Experience with production scheduling, capacity analysis, and material control in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with SAP or an MRP equivalent.

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and obtain an interim secret clearance prior to starting.

Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) background check to obtain approval to be an employee possessor (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of SAP and Apriso WM Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control.

Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve material and scheduling challenges.

Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing operations experience.

Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists.

Demonstrated ability to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Demonstrated ability to work well in both a team environment and alone.

Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.

Green Belt certified.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
